The Western Carolina University Catamounts are paying a visit to Appalachian State University’s  Holmes Convocation Center against the 6-10 Mountaineers.

Today’s meeting will be 169th time the Catamounts and Mountaineers have met on the hardwood. Appalachian holds the lead in the series, 106-62.  Western has lost its last nine against ASU.

The Mountaineers will look to win for the first time since Jan. 8 against Elon University.  ASU has since lost its last five games.

Starting today for the Mountaineers will be Donald Sims, Donterious Hughes, Kellen Brand, Josh Hunter and Isaac Butts.
